Withdraw from a purchase

Ascend is in a free beta and takes no payments, so there is no purchase to withdraw from yet.
When paid plans open
If you live in the EU you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of your first payment. You will be able to do that on this page without an account: your name, an email address for the confirmation and which payment, then "Confirm withdrawal". The details are in the Terms of Service, section 4.
